Thanks! This is the end
A year ago we were facing a clean slate. We began this adventure without knowing a single person in Ecuador. If the course was a success Thanks to the participation of many people.
Thanks to Peter and Pascal, my first companions in the adventure, however, left the ship to deliver their respective infants. Thank you for your help and your support throughout the year and congratulations on your adorable little ones.
Thanks to all the former teachers of meaning that I have consulted 1000 times and have always been good advice: Guy, Louise, Andrew, Lucy, Jean-Jacques Paul. And thank you to the other teachers who have the hands on ensuring the success of the project, especially Frederic and Stephen.
Ecuadorians to all our partners who have decided to try their luck without really knowing what they were getting and did everything to make it a success: the UPOCAM á Jipijapa (Jose Negrete, Elias, Alejo, Rafael, Carlos Ernesto Sixto and all families who hosted the students), the Sisters of Mercy in Pascuales (Jeannine, Celine, Rose-Aimee and Maria Theresa and family there too) to Katherine of Camino del Cambio and the whole world of CORDTUCH.
A huge thank you to our intermediaries through whom we have discovered these wonderful communities and thanks to whom communications were pleasant and efficient: Azucena Tamayo, Narcisa Negrete and his family in Ecuador (Irma, Roberto, Romel and those whose names I forget), Verónica Bustamante, Consul General of Ecuador in Montreal, Richard Simard Development and Peace, Isabelle Dorion Dreamkapture Travel Tom Walsh, Genevieve Bleau and Yves Perry.
A thank you very, very special to Paul-Emile Bourque, Director of the Cégep de St-Laurent who believed in us and who spared no efforts to make our lives easier. Ditto for the members of the administration, support staff of the Foundation of the college who have joined him. We really feel that you were doing a little more for us!
to our donors: the Foundation of the college, the Parents Committee, the OQAJ, CSN, Law and Democracy, FNEECQ, and sponsors of each student. Without you the lives of these young adults would not have much enriched the summer.
Finally everyone I forget, here now in the jungle, surrounded by mosquitoes, I also thank you for all this is a teamwork.
