One of the nicest things of Ecuador is arguably the great variety of products found on each floor. Among these products, fruits are those who impress us the most because Quebec is poorly equipped in this area. Here we do sometimes surprising discoveries. Like maracuya (better known in Quebec as the passion fruit) that grows abundantly in the land of Élianne.
Today in the forest of bambu we made the discovery of the mamey. A strange fruit whose flavor resembles a blend of orange and papaya but its shape is more like a melon mixed with coconut.
Anyway for some very pleasant discovery this was a good excuse to relax the hard work out of the bambu forests! Sacred lazy!
And when this is not the exotic fruits that surprises us is abundance!
